spookygearsngarters: My kid loves Monster High, she watches the cartoons online and made herself a profile on there, and her own character- a vampire cat/witch. However, the only doll she had was the Dawn of the Dance Clawdeen (I think her father found it somewhere). I haven’t been able to get her any others :( So for Christmas my amazingly awesome landlord gave us the month rent-free and I went to town combing this city for these little guys. Visits to Kmart when they opened, Toys R Us on Thursday (when they supposedly restock) and every CVS and Walgreens I passed found the ones you see here. I found some at Ralphs too! But haven’t seen any there, since- they had the sleepover ones for xmas I guess..? So on Christmas Santa wrapped up five of the dolls in one long package (she was hoping for a bow) She was not disappointed to find Jackson (her fave boy character), Draculaura, Frankie and Ghoulia inside. She looves Ghoulia and was sad that she hasn’t seen a doll of her. She also got Spectra- her absolute fave! Also- she was convinced Santa created one for her since she didn’t think they even made a doll yet ^_^. Then, while in MI, we found the create-a-monster set with the skeleton girl, and she loves that she can make a “calavera” girl. :)              (Ps: Santa also got her the bow- he felt bad for messing with her) After Christmas her dad got her a sleepover Clawdeen with the bunk bed and just this week a Lagoona (school outfit) one, and I’m totes jelly as she’s MY fave (in fact my kid and the boyfriend went off several times to try and find one for me, he told me later, but the shelves in MI were just as empty as here). Anyway, that’s “our” collection. She also has the journal, all three of the fashion sketch kits and the bunk bed. She’s getting to an age where she’s trying to act cooler than she is, but she still takes them to bed with her at night ;_; Forgive me if I start MH spamming, they are just too fricken adorable!! Aw, my first MH post… lol. THis was last year.
